About me
I’m Morgane, a yoga teacher and long-time practitioner, passionate about yoga for over ten years.
Certified by Yoga Alliance, I teach in Versailles and Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt, where I share a mindful, accessible, and inclusive approach to yoga.
My teaching combines several complementary practices: Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic and creative flow connecting movement with breath; Yin Yoga, a slower, meditative practice that allows body and mind to deeply release;
and pre- and postnatal yoga, following the De Gasquet method, to gently support women through pregnancy and after birth.
I offer group classes, private sessions at home or online, taught in both English and French, so that everyone can find a way to practise that suits their rhythm, language, and lifestyle.
Beyond the postures, I see yoga as a living practice — a space to breathe, to reconnect with the body, and to find balance between strength and ease.
For me, yoga is a journey inward — a return to presence, simplicity, and awareness, both on and off the mat.

My journey
I discovered yoga as a way to better manage stress and find inner balance. This practice quickly became a personal journey, helping me to feel grounded and fully present in each moment. In 2022, I obtained my Vinyasa Yoga certification in London with MoreYoga. Then, in August 2025, I will be training in Yin Yoga with Yoga Danse and in pre- and postnatal yoga at the Institut de Gasquet, in order to further deepen my practice and teaching.
Since then, I have had the joy of teaching in Versailles and Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt, in both French and English, guiding each student with care, attention, and kindness.
My Vision
My aim is to create a nurturing space in Versailles and Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt, where everyone can slow down, listen to their body, and reconnect with themselves.
My Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga classes are designed to bring harmony between strength, flexibility, and letting go. Whether the goal is to build strength, release tension, or simply find balance, each student can discover a practice suited to their needs.
The sessions, offered in both French and English, are designed to nourish both body and mind, cultivating awareness of the breath, presence within oneself, and inner equilibrium.
My ambition is for each practice to become a moment of refreshment, clarity, and serenity that students can carry with them well beyond the mat.
Yoga for Me
For me, yoga is far more than a series of postures: it is a way of life, a deep exploration of oneself, and an invitation to reconnect with both body and breath.
Each practice helps cultivate presence, clarity, and serenity, while providing a firm sense of grounding in everyday life.
I wish to share these benefits through my Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga classes, as well as pre- and postnatal yoga following the De Gasquet method, offered in Versailles and Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt, in both French and English.
My approach is designed to create a welcoming and accessible space for everyone, where each student can progress at their own pace, regain balance, and fully experience the energy of the present moment.
